Finally, the Cooperation Framework must remain responsive to emerging and unforeseen needs. Annual reviews of progress towards strategic priorities, outcomes and outputs, and assessment of significant changes in the country context inform agreement with the Government and relevant development partners on UN planned contributions. This is reflected in the signed Cooperation Framework document and/or periodically updated UN joint workplans.
